Job Description

Position title: Quality Executive

Qualification & Experience (minimum requirements preferred):

Education:  Masters/PG Diploma in Hospital Administration

Professional experience:  1-5 yrs. 

Position Reports to: Assistant Manager - Quality

Responsibilities:

  1. To implement NABH Standard ,policies and SOPs as per latest edition across the departments
  2. Patient management by receiving, compiling and working upon the feedback of the patient to achieve complete patient satisfaction.
  3. Prepare corrective and preventive action report on complaints/suggestions received from feedback forms (OPD/IPD) and follow-up with concerned department.
  4. Maintain Monthly Key Performance Indicator Report along with the raw data registers/ reports.
  5. Monitor functioning of all committees in the hospital.
  6. Follow up on action to be taken as per the report of various committees.
  7. Provide support to departments in achieving compliance with established standards
  8. Monitor performance of all departments through Quality Indicators set and agreed beforehand for each department.
  9. Coordinate for conducting Mock drills.
  10. Coordinate and plan for routine internal audits of clinical areas / departments and Provide feedback to departments.
  11.  Devise and implement operating guidelines such as departmental manuals containing core processes, work instructions, process mapping, department procedure, relevant documentation etc.
  12. To maintain Legal tracker sheet and coordinate with legal team for applicable statutory compliances
  13. Display courtesy, tact, and patience during interactions with employees and patients.
  14. Influence, and negotiate with, stakeholders to achieve outcomes beneficial to the Hospital.

 

Training & Development:

  1. To prepare training calendar on monthly basis.
  2. To collect all the required information/data to prepare training calendar.
  3. To circulate the training calendar to concerned departments.
  4. Follow-up /coordinate with departments for training topics.
  5. Coordinate all the training program w.r.t. timing, audience etc.
  6. Ensure feedback forms are being filled whenever the training is conducted.
  7. To maintain training record e.g. attendance, feedback forms etc.
  8. To do training feedback analysis
  9. Conduct training programs as and when required as per schedule given in Training Calendar.
  10. Co-ordinate training and education of all employees about quality standard (NABH)

 

Any other work assigned by the HOD from time to time.
