About Dr. Pranab Mandal

Dr. Pranab Kumar Mandal is associated as the Senior Consultant General GI and Laparoscopic Surgery at RG Hospitals, Kolkata.
He completed his MS in 2013 and has a vast experience of 15 years in performing General and GI surgery both open and Laparoscopic Surgery. He has extensive experience in performing Complex Abdominal Wall repairs (AWR / Hernia ), Complex hepatobiliary, breast Colorectal, Thyroid, Varicose Veins and Proctology.  

He is a certified Laparoscopic Surgeon and has authored several research publications on various topics of GI.  Difficult airway management, daycare surgeries, total intravenous anaesthesia, and surgeries with regional and peripheral nerve blocks all are successfully being managed at RG Hospitals Kolkata under his leadership and guidance.
