Rules & Regulations For Marathon

To ensure RG Marathon 7.0 is safe and enjoyable for everyone involved, it's crucial to adhere to the following rules and regulations:

1. Failure to comply may lead to registration cancellation and disqualification from the event. Applicants can only choose one of the two on-ground race categories and must register online via the provided link, paying the entry fee (If Applicable). Confirmation is subject to meeting conditions and qualification criteria. No registration transfers, or category changes are permitted. Age criteria for the 10 KM and 5 KM races is 16 and above as of February 23rd, 2025.

2. Participants must provide accurate information regarding age, gender, address, mobile number, and email.

3. Registration and event details will be sent to participants via their registered mobile number/email. Correct contact information is vital for timely communication. If no notification is received within 48 hours of registration, contact 9810026456 with registration and payment details.

4. Each runner will receive a unique running number (Bib) to be collected individually from the designated location. Collection details will be communicated via SMS two weeks before the event.

5. If unable to collect the running number personally, a representative may do so with an authorization letter, a copy of the runner's government-issued photo ID, and the email sent to the participant.

6. The authorized representative must also carry their own ID.

7. Runners must wear their running number bib at all times during the event.

8. Entry to the holding area before the race is not permitted without wearing the Bib.

9. Injured or exhausted runners should seek assistance at nearby Energy/Medical Stations. Severe injuries require immediate medical attention.

10. Proper disposal of waste at Energy Stations and on the race track is mandatory to respect the environment and local neighbourhood’s.

11. Smoking and alcohol consumption are strictly prohibited throughout the event and at Energy Stations.

12. Runners must follow parking rules and marshal directions provided by volunteers. Failure to comply may lead to disqualification.

13. Participants must behave responsibly throughout the event. Antisocial behaviour will result in disqualification and removal from the race.

14. Participants are responsible for their valuables and baggage. RG Marathon promoters are not liable for their safety.

15. Suitable footwear and clothing must be worn to prevent injuries.

16. Participants should consult a doctor before participating. While medical support is available during the event, the coordinator is not liable for accidents or emergencies.

17. Marathon winners will be selected in accordance with the event's rules.
