Dr. Bhim Sen Bansal, popularly known as ‘Father of Lithotripsy in India,’ is the Chairman & Managing Director, RG Stone Urology & Laparoscopy Hospital – World’s largest chain of Urology Hospitals. Born in 1935 in Delhi, he completed MBBS from SMS Medical College, Jaipur; and FCGP from Delhi. He started as a family physician and continues today as a successful physician.

Starting as a small stone clinic in Mumbai to the current chain of 16 centres PAN India itself speaks about his passion, passion, and just passion for work! He has been the vital part in getting RG from the sunrise to the sunshine position. Under the guidance of the visionary, RG Stone has many feathers attached to its cap.

Dr. Bansal's personal attributes of understanding the current urological scene, business sense, quick analysis, bold decision making and creating teams to disseminate the brand ‘RG Stone’ were integral to this success and popularity of the group.
