Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

• Participation is open only to person with disabilities both men and women .
• Participants must present a valid disability card at the time of bib collection.(Bib collection will take place on 26th, 27th, 28th, 29th, and 30th at RG Hospital, Saidapet.)

2. Registration

• Compulsory to fill in the ID card number in the registration form (Format: Name of the district: Disability Code: ID Card Number; e.g., CHN LD 14460) Online registration is mandatory.
• The last date for registration is November 25, 2024.

3. Accommodation

• Accommodation, including a hall for overnight rest, will be provided by the organizers.
• No additional allowances(travel, food, cash, etc.)

4. Safety & Medical

• Participants are responsible for their own safety and well-being during the event.
• A first-aid medical team will be available on-site.
• The organizers reserve the right to modify the event due to unforeseen circumstances, such as inclement weather or other safety concerns.

5. Equipment

• Participants must bring their own assistive devices (e.g., wheelchairs or other mobility aids), as no equipment will be provided by the organizers.
• If escort facilities are required, please contact our helpline and inform us during registration.
