Virtual Waiver

I hereby affirm, acknowledge, and consent to the following terms and conditions:

1. I confirm that all information provided in this application form is accurate and complete, and I accept full responsibility for its accuracy.

2. I understand the intended purposes for which my personal data may be utilized by RG Hospitals (A unit of RG Scientific Enterprises Pvt Ltd).

3. I acknowledge and accept the risks associated with participating in the RG Marathon 2024 or any related event, and I agree to participate entirely at my own risk.

4. I understand that I must select my own route for participating in the Event and absolve the organization, sponsors, and officials from any liability for consequences arising from my chosen route.

5. I agree not to run on the official route designated for on-ground participants of the RG Marathon.

6. I acknowledge that I must possess an appropriate level of fitness and have obtained medical clearance from a registered medical practitioner to participate in such physically demanding events.

7. I waive all claims against the sponsors, officials, and individuals associated with the Event, including any claims resulting from participation, illness, injury, or death.

8. I understand that neither the sponsors nor the officials of RG Hospitals (A unit of RG Scientific Enterprises Pvt Ltd) are liable for any illness, injury, or death occurring during or after the Event due to medical reasons or conditions.

9. I release the sponsors, officials, and associated individuals/entities from liability in case of illness, injury, or death during the Event or due to force majeure events.

10. I consent to RG Hospitals (A unit of RG Scientific Enterprises Pvt Ltd) sharing the information provided in this application with entities associated with the RG Marathon.

11. I consent to RG Hospitals (A unit of RG Scientific Enterprises Pvt Ltd) using my photograph/video captured during the Event for promotional purposes.

12. I agree to receive information and offers from various brands/products/services related to the Event on the email address provided in this application form.

13. I understand and agree to receive Event-related updates on my registered mobile number via WhatsApp.

14. I acknowledge and agree to abide by the Event's terms and guidelines.
